Filling a bag or a tub with a white vinegar and water solution you then want to leave your shower head soaking in it for as long as possible. Either press the button on the side or front of the shower head to take it out of the supply line or use a wrench to unscrew the nut at the base of the shower head to remove it. Always remember to gently wipe the showerhead as cruel wipe can damage the surface or can produce undesired results.
After that bring out the shower head and rinse thoroughly to remove any vinegar. Soak the shower head in a vinegar bath overnight. You dip the shower head into the bowl. Attach the bag to the showerhead by slipping the top edge of the bag underneath the rubber band. You might want to loop it around the shower arm once or twice so it s tight on the water pipe.

To clean a shower head first disconnect the shower head from the shower. Rub the shower head to see if any dirt and grime are coming off or out of it. Take a toothbrush or some other gentle brush and use it to gently clean the shower head nozzles.
Wrap the vinegar filled bag around the shower head or faucet so that any place where water exits is completely submerged in the vinegar. Wipe it with a clean cloth to keep it dry. Fill a plastic bag with distilled white vinegar. You just remove the shower head from its place on the shower wall. Wait approximately one hour to let the vinegar eat away at any hard water deposits or calcium buildups.
Hold the bag in place by snapping a rubber band around it affixing it to the shower head or faucet. If it isn t then dip the shower head again. Make sure it is submerge completely into the vinegar and then leave it for an hour or overnight for a deeper cleaning. Then fill a large bowl with white vinegar and submerge your shower head in it. I would recommend at the very least an hour but if you can leave it overnight then that would be best.
