How To Download Images From Google Sheets
Update from 2017 now google sheets provides a way for to download the charts by clicking on the three vertical dots at the top rightmost corner of the chart and clicking on save image.

Click the three dots at the top right of the chart or graph. Then insert the file into your program by selecting the insert image file and it will bring your image documents up. Select the image you just saved and it should embed the file. Install the add on and allow it access your google account. Go to the other program and select paste.
